Today in this meeting we discussed the secondary research we had found and how this could be moved forward to help our primary research and our big idea. We created two questionnaires one for the liberties consumer and one for the sales advisor. We have also planned a trip to London in order to get this research and have also retrieved contact details for in store advisors and customer services.
We have also started to brainstorm our big idea, which we will develop after further secondary and once we have collected our primary research.
